PURCHASE ORDER PROCESS

Once purchase orders are completed - changes to orders, cancellations or amendments to billing and delivery details cannot be made. We ask that you please check all details of your order prior to checking out and payment is made.

PAYMENTS

Nature's Pod Capsules accept payments made via Bank Transfer (Manual Payment), PayPal and Credit Card./Stripe PayPal and Credit Card/Stripe payments incur a 2.5% surcharge above the retail price. Orders will not be despatched until full payment has been received. Please note: above mentioned payment methods may take 3-5 business days to clear.

SHIPPING

Nature's Pod Capsules deliver Australia-Wide only.

 

Standard delivery - $9.95 per order. Delivery timeframe - up to 7 business days. (Please note: deliveries to WA & NT may take up to 9 business days).

 

Express delivery - $20.00. Delivery timeframe: Orders placed before 7am - 1 business day for metro areas and 1-2 business days for semi-rural/rural areas.

 

Free Delivery for orders placed to the value of $100 or above.

Please be sure to check the delivery address entered prior to checking out of your order as changes cannot be made once orders have been processed.

In the event of an order being returned to sender as unable to be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailable for parcel collection within the Australia Post timeframe as per Australia Post terms and conditions - Nature's Pod Capsules agrees to re-deliver the order once the re-delivery fee of $9.95 is paid and received in full.

BACKORDERED STOCK

All orders containing any item/s on back order will not be completed and despatched until all items are in stock.

Please allow 5-7 working days for stock to be cleared, received and packed once stock has arrived.

Back ordered items will have an ETA date allocated and displayed. This ETA is an estimate only and can at times be affected by shipping conditions out of our control whereby Nature's Pod Capsules will not be held liable for compensation if such delays occur.

DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS/COUPONS/VOUCHERS/GIFT CERTIFICATES

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds for any items purchased at a discounted/sale price, when using promotional coupon codes, or purchases using gift vouchers.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased at a minimum value of $30 and must be used within a 6 month period from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can only be used for purchases via the Nature's Pod Capsules Website and not accepted  in-store or at any stockist locations.

RETURNS

** Opened Coffee Bags cannot be returned **

 

Products must be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Product returns will only be accepted if all items are un-opened, contents and packaging are not damaged in any way and in re-sellable condition. A copy of the purchase order invoice must accompany any items returned. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed.

FAULTY STOCK

Please contact Nature's Pod Capsules immediately regarding faulty items. Proof of purchase, along with identification of the fault must be given within 30 days of purchase date. Assessment will be made to confirm item/s are deemed faulty after which a replacement of stock, credit or refund will be issued.

A replacement, credit or refund will not be given in circumstances of wear and tear, incorrect use or poor storage/handling.

PRIVACY

Personal information submitted will not be disclosed to third parties or will be kept on file.
